Lilly is 1 of our most senior staff members in our kennel. She was brought in in late June with her constant companion, a neutered Lab, only because their human died suddenly.We had hoped to adopt both dogs out together but Bill was adopted a few months ago, leaving our poor Lilly all alone. She does best with male dogs that have playful energy because she is a dominant girl. We have had her out in public and she has done wonderful meeting new people and situations. She loves riding in the car. She has been with us for so long she has actually brought our staff and the building into her pack and has become quite protective of us and the building. So she will do the same for her new home. We have become very attached to her for obvious reasons but we are most willing to see her walk out the front door with a new life and family in her future.
