Phillip is about 2-3 years old. He was found as a stray and was staying at animal control when AWS got him. He has a severe flea allergy that has caused him to lose a lot of his hair along his back. The fleas are now gone and his hair is starting to grow back. He will need to be on a monthly flea preventative year round.
